DEFINITION
When someone says something negative about someone to someone who is not part of the problem or part of the solution. 1 time is venting/asking for advice. More than 1 is gossip.
WHAT IS THE LINE OF COMMUNICATION?
Student --- Student D-Team --- Staff/Campus Director --- District Director (Joshua Ernst) --- Regional Director (Steve Brannan) --- National Staff --- National Director (Alex Rodriguez)
The line of communication always goes higher, NEVER lower. A 1-step reach is normal, a 2-step reach is the maximum unless something is fishy all the way up.
Please come to us. If the issue is not resolved with us you may contact Joshua (His number is 920-312-3508). If students have an issue with us or the staff, we need you to coach them to come talk to us.
